What this part does

This exterior trim piece mounts to the lower right rear section of the vehicle body to complete the factory aesthetic and seal panel gaps. It acts as a physical barrier, shielding the underlying sheet metal and structural edges from road debris, moisture, and minor impacts. The molding is engineered to align flush with the surrounding panels to maintain the intended aerodynamic profile of the sedan. When this component is cracked or missing, it exposes the mounting channels to weather and disrupts the exterior lines of the vehicle.

Before you order

Confirm that the paint code from the vehicle it came from matches your own if you intend to install this piece without repainting. Inspect the mounting points on your rear passenger panel before installation, as the plastic retaining clips required to secure this trim often break during removal and must usually be replaced with new hardware.
