Every seller on OEMRecycler can now connect their own eBay account and sell on eBay.ca from the catalog they already run here. Export your whole inventory to eBay in one go, list a single part in minutes, and let a two-way sync keep both marketplaces honest: when a part sells on one, it comes down on the other. The integration is included in every plan — the free one too.
eBay Motors is the largest open market for used OEM parts in North America. Buyers arrive with a part number in one hand and their VIN in the other, and they filter results by their own vehicle. A part listed properly gets found by people who are ready to pay for it.
The hold-up has never been eBay's fees. It is the work. Listing one used part the right way means a title eBay's search understands, a set of photos, item specifics, a compatibility list of every vehicle the part fits, and shipping and return terms. Multiply that by two thousand parts. Then keep two inventories in step by hand: a part that sells on your own site has to disappear from eBay within minutes, or you sell it twice, refund one buyer and take a defect on your account.
So most auto dismantlers on eBay list a fraction of what they actually have — the expensive parts, the easy parts — and the rest never leaves the shelf. Many never start at all. Used auto parts on eBay are a huge market with surprisingly few sellers who put their full inventory on it, for one simple reason: nobody has the hours.
That is the problem the OEMRecycler eBay integration removes.
We use the word full deliberately. Plenty of tools call a spreadsheet export an "integration". This is not that.
| Selling on eBay by hand | With OEMRecycler | |
|---|---|---|
| Listing a part | Fill eBay's listing form, upload photos again, type the specifics, build the compatibility list | Add the part to OEMRecycler once. It is on eBay in minutes. |
| Listing the whole inventory | Weeks of evenings, or a hired lister | One bulk export |
| Part sells on your site | Remember to end the eBay listing — fast | Ended automatically |
| Part sells on eBay | Remember to pull it from your site; process the order in Seller Hub | Marked sold automatically; the order is in your CRM |
| Price change | Change it in two places | Change it once; the eBay listing is revised |
| Cost | Your time, or a lister's wage | Included in every plan |
In your seller cabinet, open Export & marketplaces and click Connect your eBay account. You are taken to eBay's own sign-in page — not a form on our site — where you log in to your eBay seller account and approve OEMRecycler's access. eBay sends you straight back, and the account shows as connected.
What you grant is exactly what the integration needs: permission to create and revise listings in your account, and to read the orders that come from them. Your shipping and return policies are read from your eBay account at the same time, so every listing we create follows the same rules your existing listings already follow. You can disconnect at any time.
Once connected, choose what goes to eBay — everything you have in stock, or a selection — and send it. OEMRecycler builds a listing for every part from the data you already entered: photos, description, price, part number, fitment. A few minutes later they are live under your eBay account.
There is nothing to re-key. If a part is on OEMRecycler, it is ready for eBay. The only things eBay insists on that we cannot supply for you are a price and at least one photo — make sure every part has both before you export.
For day-to-day work, nothing changes. Dismantle, photograph, add the part to OEMRecycler exactly as you do now. Minutes later it is live on eBay with the same photos, the same description and the same part number. One card, one set of photos, two marketplaces. No second form, no second upload.
eBay rewards complete listings: its search matches on item specifics, and the vehicle filter only shows parts that carry a compatibility list. The integration fills all of it from your product card:
When something sells on eBay, you do not have to go looking for it. The order appears in your OEMRecycler CRM next to your website orders, with the buyer and shipping details, so you process it the way you process everything else — one screen, one workflow, one place to see what sold today across both marketplaces.
Payment for eBay orders is handled by eBay and paid out to you by eBay, as usual. OEMRecycler does not take a commission on eBay sales: our 15% applies only to orders paid through the OEMRecycler checkout.
The integration does the repetitive part. The business decisions stay with you.
Auto recyclers and dismantlers with hundreds or thousands of parts in stock, who know eBay would sell more of them and have never had the hours to list them all.
Collision and repair shops with a shelf of good used OEM parts from the cars they work on, who want a second channel without a second system to run.
Parts resellers who already sell used auto parts on eBay and are tired of double entry, oversold parts and the defects that come with them.
If you are already selling on eBay, the integration stops the double entry and the overselling, and brings your eBay orders into the same CRM as everything else. If you have never listed on eBay, it gets your first listing up without learning eBay's listing form at all — you are already doing the work when you add a part to OEMRecycler.
There are three ways to get used auto parts onto eBay. Here is how they compare.
| Manual listing in Seller Hub | Spreadsheet / file upload | OEMRecycler full integration | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time per part | 10–20 minutes | Minutes to prepare the row, plus photos hosted somewhere | None beyond adding the part to OEMRecycler |
| Photos | Uploaded again by hand | Need public image URLs | Taken from the product card |
| Item specifics and compatibility | Typed for every listing | Typed in columns, easy to get wrong | Filled from part number and fitment data |
| Part sells elsewhere | End the listing yourself | Upload another file | Ended automatically |
| Part sells on eBay | Pull it from your other channels yourself | Pull it yourself | Marked sold; order in your CRM |
| Price or photo change | Edit in two places | Upload another file | Edit once; listing revised |
| Cost | Your time | Your time, plus a tool to build files | Included in every plan |
No. Our 15% commission applies only to orders paid through the OEMRecycler checkout. An eBay sale is an eBay sale: eBay charges its fees, pays you out, and we are not in the middle of it.
Yes. It is part of every plan, including Free. There is no setup fee and no monthly add-on for eBay.
eBay.ca — eBay Canada.
No. The integration works with any eBay seller account. An eBay Store can lower your per-listing costs at higher volumes; that is a decision between you and eBay.
Nothing. The integration manages the listings it creates from your OEMRecycler catalog. Anything you listed by hand earlier stays as it is, and you keep managing it on eBay as before.
That is exactly what the two-way sync exists to prevent. A sale on either side takes the part down on the other within minutes.
No to both. You sign in on eBay's own page and grant access to your account; we never see the password. Payments for eBay orders are processed and paid out by eBay.
Yes, at any time.
Open a seller account on eBay.ca, set your shipping and return policies there, then connect it to OEMRecycler and export. Your first listing will carry a proper title, item specifics and a compatibility list from day one.
