What this part does
The front left steering knuckle acts as the primary structural connection point between the suspension, steering, and braking systems. It secures the wheel bearing and hub assembly while providing engineered mounting points for the upper and lower control arms, the outer tie rod end, and the brake caliper. If this cast assembly becomes bent or compromised, typically from a pothole strike or curb impact, the vehicle will be impossible to align to factory specifications. A damaged knuckle causes unpredictable steering pull, accelerated tire wear, and excess stress on adjacent suspension components.

Before you order
This is a front left (driver side) unit. Left and right knuckles are cast differently and cannot be interchanged. We highly recommend pressing in a new wheel bearing and hub assembly before installing this knuckle on the vehicle, as extracting the old bearing while the knuckle is off the car is significantly easier. Inspect your existing control arm ball joints and tie rod ends, as they often require replacement if the original knuckle suffered impact damage.
